Enterprise Regulatory Advisory Group, LLC provides expert advisory and consulting services to help organizations comply with regulations administered by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), particularly those governing the transportation of hazardous materials. We assist companies in understanding and implementing requirements under the Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR) found in 49 CFR Parts 171–180, ensuring that hazardous materials are properly classified, packaged, labeled, documented, and transported in accordance with federal and state requirements.

Our DOT regulatory services include hazardous materials compliance assessments, transportation program development, and internal audits designed to evaluate compliance with shipping, packaging, marking, labeling, placarding, and documentation requirements.
